Billing and refunds

If something went wrong (a double charge, a charge you didn't expect, something you paid for that didn't work), send us a message with the email on your account and what happened. A person reviews every request and we'll make it right. The details are in our terms.

Things you can do right now

Cancel a plan: in Mongoose, Account, then the billing portal. It ends at the end of the period you paid for.
Forgot your password: "Forgot password" on the sign-in page.
Download or delete your data: in Mongoose, Account settings. See our privacy policy.
